Welcome to Bonaire Rugby Federation. We develop and organise rugby across the island for all ages and skill levels, from beginners to competitive teams.
Our rugby programmes
Whether you are picking up a rugby ball for the first time or competing internationally, we offer structured coaching and welcoming community sessions for everyone.
Minis flag-rugby (ages 5–10)
A fun, non-contact introduction to rugby fundamentals focusing on teamwork, agility, and basic ball handling in a safe environment.
Youth academy (ages 11–16)
Building technical game skills, fitness, match awareness, and discipline through regular training and school rugby competitions.
Women's rugby
Dynamic rugby training focused on fitness, strategy, and teamwork, preparing players for regional tournaments and friendly matches.
Men's rugby
Competitive senior squad training tailored for club matches, regional Caribbean series, and international fixtures.
